Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your tea is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your Sakasu account or contacting us directly at sakasu.info@gmail.com.

We currently ship throughout the U.S. using trusted carriers to ensure your tea arrives fresh and on time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any tea purchases. This policy helps us ensure the freshness, quality, and safety of every order.
